Tender Price Index of Social Housing (TPISH) 

BCIS compile the Tender Price Index of Social Housing (TPISH) for BERR (formerly DTI).

The Index is calculated from analyses of accepted tenders, forwarded by housing associations and local authorities.

TPISH is an indicator of trends in accepted tender prices for building public sector housing contracts in England and Wales. It is a smoothed quarterly index and includes adjustment factors for location. Index published for England and Wales only.
