BERR (formerly DTI) construction price and cost indices are now available in an online format from BCIS. BCIS has been providing building cost information for over 45 years and welcomes the opportunity to offer the BERR Indices alongside our other services.

Moving the BERR Construction Indices online offers many advantages:
- Immediate access to up-to-date information.
- All the information contained in the publications has been transferred to the online service.
- Access to a greater amount of historic data than previously printed in each publication.
- The data is in machine readable format.
There are three services available:
The monthly and quarterly printed publications which have been running for over 30 years are no longer available, however the information can be viewed online or downloaded.
If you are an existing subscriber, you will automatically be given access to the online service - login and password details were sent out in December 2007. Contact us if you would like us to resupply these details to you.
