Covering guidance net cost prices for predominantly 'new' work in a contract range of between £750,000 to £1,500,000.
Work item prices exclude overheads, profit and VAT and are set out generally in accordance with the Standard Method of Measurement Seventh Edition. Material and plant prices used to construct the items are based on a national average best price basis within the context of the defined contract value. Labour rates are based on the CIJC agreed payscales.
