BCIS Construction Indices Seminar
4th November 2009
All surveyors use construction indices, most believe that they know all about them. However, indices are still the topic on which BCIS receives most queries, often from one surveyor trying to interpret the intentions of another and, unfortunately, not un-commonly from a lawyer trying to interpret the intentions of a surveyor. This seminar provides a practical introduction to construction indices and their use in adjusting prices and in contracts.
