MTC Updating Percentages Online

These monthly updating percentages (formerly known as BERR MTC Updating Percentages) may be used as a contractual basis for reimbursement of increased costs for the contracts let on all PSA Schedules of Rates or other forms of maintenance contracts as well as assisting in updating estimates. (Also formerly known as Monthly Adjustments for Maintenance Contracts)

They now include one overall Index for B&CE and M&E Maintenance Costs and Indices for all categories of Daywork Rates.
