An annual subscription to the BCIS Quarterly Review of Building Prices, will give you 4 publications a year (October, January, April and July). It contains a selection of BCIS data which gives guidelines on the general level of building prices. It contains average £/mē building prices, the BCIS tender price index, the BCIS building cost index and location factors. There is also a brief commentary on market conditions and tender prices. The supplementary subscription rate applies to each additional copy required.You must have one full subscription before purchasing the supplementary subscription.
