BCIS Survey of Tender Prices - Annual Subscription

This quarterly publication mainly consists of analyses of current pricing levels. Prices are included from the BCIS survey of average building prices. Values are expressed in £ per mē of gross internal floor area and are adjusted to current prices using the BCIS indices. Functional prices, eg £ per pupil place for schools, are also included for various building types.

This publication also contains valuable studies of cost differentials by size of contract, location and type of work, as well as the result of a survey of the percentages added for Preliminaries, Dayworks and sub-contract work.
