BCIS is entering an exciting phase of growth, powered by innovation, technology, and data. To support this, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling our commercial operations.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence across new business and customer management. You’ll ensure Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams are equipped with the data, processes, systems, and insights needed to deliver predictable revenue growth, improve retention, and unlock upsell opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
Build and own reporting, dashboards, and KPIs across new business, retention, and upsell
Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion, churn, and customer behaviour
Lead forecasting models in collaboration with Finance and Commercial leadership
Own and optimise Zoho CRM, driving adoption, data quality, and continuous improvement
Design and improve sales processes and workflows across the full customer lifecycle
Drive the evolution of the commercial tech stack, reducing reliance on manual and legacy processes
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Support sales enablement, onboarding, and the BCIS “License to Sell” programme
Conduct analysis and audits, including commission validation and bespoke reporting

Who we’re looking for
Proven experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within SaaS, data, or tech-led environments
Strong track record of improving forecast accuracy, pipeline management, and revenue performance
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with strong analytical capability
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Exposure to sales engagement and automation tools
Experience in scaling or high-growth environments
Experience delivering product or technical sales training
