Cost Information

The BCIS Online database includes details of 16,000 projects, together with their tender costs. We also provide the latest resource cost data (both online and through price books), which is invaluable in producing fast, accurate estimates. If you need cost information, at whatever level, we have a service that meets your needs.

Look Out For...

BCIS will be launching an online Construction Duration Calculator in March. It provides an estimate and range of time taken to construct buildings given minimal information such as value, building function and procurement approach. Models have been developed by BCIS after analysing the actual construction time taken for over 4000 real projects. This will be an essential aid to consultants and clients when estimating and benchmarking construction duration at an early stage. Look out for more information on this website in March.
